Working group Smart cities and society

The purpose is to engage both existing cluster partners and other partners (potential cluster partners, residents, other clusters and networks) through active participation in working groups and consortium to generate ideas, develop and implement products and services for society. Knowledge and experience must be shared about how cities and communities, together with business and academia, can develop new services and products as well as improve interaction between the public and citizens . 

The working group will be related to Smart Cities and Society and relevant topics may be :  

• New solutions and services within , for example, smart mobility , smart energy , smart health , smart water , smart buildings etc. 
• New descriptive business models for both business and the public sector.
• Building consortium to initiate R&D ( Enova, Horizion Europe, other) 
• Share _ experiences, learn and draw inspiration from innovative environments both nationally and internationally.  

 

In partnership between companies, academia , municipalities and citizens, we shall:  

• Share experiences , develop new knowledge and innovative solutions within Smart Cities and Society  
• Develop sustainable business (local, regional, national)  
• Develop ideas and initiate R&D projects  
• Reduce municipal costs and provide better services to residents  
• Contribute strongly to delivering on climate and environmental targets
