The course aims to introduce the new trends and business models that will affect power companies in the future, and what new revenue opportunities these trends can mean for them.
The course is intended as a platform for discussion among participants, and as a basis for concrete actions and strategy development across departments and roles. The target group is mainly managers and key resources, but can be converted to a more inclusive format for all employees if desired.
The program addresses the most important macro trends that affect power companies in Norway and Europe right now and in the near future:
- Scenarios for the Norwegian power industry 2023-2030
- New business models - inspiration from abroad and related industries such as telecom, IT, oil and gas.
- Strategic alternatives for an environmentally conscious and profitable power industry
- Workshop: The new energy landscape - What new revenue opportunities should the Norwegian power industry focus on?
